How about visiting us at Wonderboom next Well done boet. I can't see why trikes would not be allowed We are nice guys and fly well I think it is time we get a big gaggle and just fly in one morning for a cup of coffee.

I will never understand why at some GA fields there is this "us and them" attitude. At a Microlight airfield, any blik pilot is welcomed as a fellow flyer should be...why not the other way round?

Yes, we fly slower, cheaper, planes.... but hell guys even though we may be a little rough around the edges at times, I am convinced the cammeraderie and flying spirit amongst us is by far the best. I think the bigger bliks will have a lot more fun when they stop using their 1/10th shares in 40 year old planes as a status symbol... up there, we are all the same.

Nope that was take off, turned hard right to give expedite to clear the RV that was just on Base a clear Active Runway. Kept her Low and exited the Airfield to the South. Got her in the Air off the main Runway and then a hard right past EAA hanger over the grass Runway and away.
