Hi Vernon;
I just ask the air-hostess when on board and then the Captain decides, and 9 times out of 10 I get to sit on the jump seat. Not the whole flight though, I sit there for the last 25 minutes and the landing... awesome. I've been successful on the last 5 flights...
Good Luck and enjoy - I must say it is a wonderful experience... oh - the first time "she" asked me 'why should we let you sit on the jump seat?"... and I handed over my license, and said, I have a license to fly a small Plane and would love to see what the Captain and Co-Pilot do with this big bird.... it works like a charm. Each time I ask now, I hand over the license, they simply go speak to the Captain who makes the decision....
As said, enjoy.
Take Care...
Linda

Re: Jump Seat Please
Thanks very much Linda. If arrangements are not made before hand, I will most definitely try that.

I think with all the water problems we are having here, he will be home a lot sooner the expected.
Cheers.
