So, what made you think up your username, and what does it mean?
Well, mine comes from a documentary I watched on Discovery a few years ago about a ship that was sunk off the coast of Norway that was thought to contain barrels of Heavy Water (Deuterium Oxide, or D2O).
It was to be used as an experiment in nuclear weapons by the Nazis towards the end of the 2nd world war.
The scary thing, is that D2O is present in our everyday drinking water, but in tiny amounts. It takes a long and repetitive process of hydrogenation to extract the Deuterium into its usable form. It is called heavy water, as the extracted hydrogen from the water molecules leaves behind a much heavier molecule. This D2O molecule is used in uranium enrichment. A process necessary in forming the radioactive isotope needed for the manufacture of nuclear weapons.
Just to think that our everyday drinking water could be used as a crucial part of a process in manufacturing nuclear weapons!
I've since used the term D2O on most forums I've registered on, as the story had a profound affect on me.

. So I started working for my Father and done a 7year stint with him learning what I would consider a trade as such. Therefore I am what is referred to as a "Tree Surgeon" and have been in the industry for 30 years. I also had the priveledge of working with the Tree Surgeons at KEW Royal Botanic garden in London.
