Reviving a little used private strip - Pretoria area

Private strip about 30km from Fountains circle out to the west.

Grass runway 3000' long 100' wide. Three roomy T hangars. Tarred road to the gate. Two of the hangars haven't been used for a number of years so need some elbow grease and TLC. Idea is not to impact on the owner. Get the place back in shape, maintain it, behave yourselves and be left in peace and quiet. But as most things in life the place have con's coming with the pro's. For example, no electricity/ water/ toilet so will have to innovate on those.

Whats the intention of this location? permanent hangarage or just a meeting spot, storage?
