Mmmmm....With the current petrol price,we will have to look at options

Very nice and would love one...... or maybe two

However, would CAA approve of such a 'vehicle' and if so under what category will it be flown, ie. hanggliding, soaring, gliding, etc.

Remarkable as to how easy other countries can 'invent' new flying machines without too much interferance from the powers that be..........

All great stuff but it did end with a successful BRS a while later

I can just imagine myself;

Wearing this glider contraption over my body like a RAG float costume, with only a peephole to view the horison, as needed.

Lifting this weight, like those world strongman comps.... lining up the runway- its flat here so require take off speed from a level runway........... respond to the crowd by launching from the start like the old Bata Toughie shoe ad from the 70's........maintaining the middle line as I creep closer to take-off speed.and then........... the size 12's get confused and create a speed wobble with the whole lot entering an agressive nose dive.......to the applause of best mates armed with cameras soon to be on you tube.

Not on the topic of the glider, but based on Tumbleweed's synopsis of what MIGHT happen - please view below. This is what happens when you buy a trike online without the faintest idea of the dynamics involved. It is funny, because the idiot survived. I suggest he googles "Dunning Kruger"
