Hi flying4rhino, not too sure if you are being serious 
If however you are, I hope that you have already involved / spoken to at least a number of the current stake holders?
I am involved in a number of initiatives in this regard, and while the killings go on, there are a number of initiatives which have been implimented, are in the process of being implimented, and still more in the planning stage. It makes absolutely no sence to try and go it alone, and no I have absolutely no personal financial interest in these initiatives, in fact they cost me money. My objective is to give as much of my time and plane as is necessary to turn this slaughtering of our Rhinos around.
While all initiatives and postive contributions are welcomed, this is certainly not exclusively a scenario where by throwing increasing amounts of money at the problem will make it go away.
Ultimately the solution is to eliminate the demand, where in countries such as Thailand, Vietnam, China and presumably a number of other countries, Rhino horn is believed to be a cure for cancer
I see that you have been carrying out extensive research for a month now - that being the case, I can assure you that you will then have barely scratched the surface of this enormous problem
I am not trying to belittle your efforts, in fact I certainly applaud anyone who is prepared to give something constructive to this cause. I suppose an analogy would be a S & R scenario where the authorities are overwhelmed by offers of help, but decline on the basis that there are already experienced people attending, and any additional people / planes adds no value.
