I dig these "exposed" frames....gives you a real "back to basics" feel about the aircraft. Being used to an open cockpit I think I'd love flying in something like this. Interesting seating...indeed it does look like a 3 seater? I wonder what it's MAUW is then? Surely cant be 450kg? I also wonder about the extra parasitic drag caused by the frame/occupants?

I hadn't actually noticed the three seats, but looking a little more close-up I think you are right!

Also, look at a close-up of the airframe, engine, propellor and tyres . . . . this is no small aircraft!!

The instruments are BEHIND the pilot in order to keep the view uncluttered!

The Breezy is a two seater. This specific one was built as a three seater, and has a few other mods, There was an article on this specific plane in Kitplanes a few years ago.
