Hi Paul,

I will supply the fire and the braai tools...just bring yourselves, your drinks, cuttlery and whatever you plan to braai. We are doing Boerie rolls, (Dis maar net die blerrie maklikste! ) but you welcome to braai something else. I'll bring a few cans of Braai rellish to warm up in the coals.

Personality and a sense of humor are mandatory....

What is an Air magic black unit??? :? You talking about a chatterbox?

Dont go and jinx the weather you schmuck! ## ^
Gonna be perfect Sir! (!!)

Looking forward to seeing that new NC of yours! (^^)

Looks like Stefan "forgot" about the braai and is unlikely to attend..... as punishment I think he will be required to run the length of Runway 03 naked at the next one! (^^)

We will bring some boerie as well and something like a big salad we can share. I have booked "sense of humor" for this weekend.

Ja, it is the Chatter Box. You get it in yellow or black. Yellow seems to be the most popular. I want black, so I have to wait. (!!)

It is one of those crazy weeks in the office! Monique has roped me in to drive around orphans from the Jacaranda Orphanage on Saturday. She is the one that keeps a spot open in heaven for me!. (-)

If you are all there at about 08:30, she will be streaking down 03 in my place! Still have to ask her, will let you know what the outcome is, that is if I am still alive after asking her! (**) ##

Enjoy guys, hope the weather is kind to you.

As I always say, if the sun shines, we drink outside. If it rains, we drink inside. NO PROBLEM!

Hi Paul and the rest,

Tommorrow's Braai will go ahead...I just wont be flying. :( Even if the wind allows.... got me a nasty cold. 6000ft in an open cockpit not a great idea.

I'll be pitching up at around 9. See ya there. (^^)

Sorry to hear about that. ** I have asked a couple more fellow pilots from Springs to join us. (^^) Will see if they do.

I must fly this week ## cause I am off to Botswana for two weeks at the end of the month. vhpy Hope the WX plays along.

See you tomorrow.

Wow...what a crowd we had at our monthly Fly and Braai yesterday (^^)

Nice to know who the real "Die Hard Braaiers" are!

Weather definately did us no favours yesterday. This was of course Paul's fault ^ ##
Thank goodness we have some decent drop down side's on the Lapa. Overcast and windy registering about an 8 on the "Disnoukak'ometer" (**)

Was nice to meet Hans (WCM/Fixed wing PIC) from Springs....thanks for joining us Sir, hope you will feel welcome to join us again anytime. (^^)

Thanks to all who attended/contributed. Our next monthly gathering will be on Sep 15th (^^) (^^) (^^)

My suggestion is that we take off early and attend the Zynkraal Fly in (same day) and then make our way back to FABA for the usual vuur maak met kakpraat. (!!)

Your thoughts? (!!)

I'll be there tomorrow, not to fly unfortunately, but to fiddle with my Cobra that has finally landed on ML turf. vhpy
Mervin and I went to fetch her this morning, had a beautiful flight back from Springs. I hope to meet a couple of pilots around the hangar, I'll be the guy with the silly grin
