I dont know about "best" but i just bought a suit from Airwear in Dbn that I'm very happy with. Custom fit to your measurements and perfectly warm on cold mornings, just the outer skin is a little thin so you have to watch out for nicks on sharp edges.
I'd also like to hear from others on the mittens.

...and then you can go to Safety Sam and buy a freezer suit for R250.. colors - blue, blue or blue though...
