Thats service for you!

During the last Jabiru Jaunt’s spot landing competition on a rough dry grass strip my one Odyssey developed a small amount of miss alignment at the top and bottom of the screen. Not to serious but I knew its there. Week before last Saturday I washed my engine. Some moisture happened to find its way into the RDAC and it died on me, effectively grounding me. Darn WAP. I only have that as engine monitoring.

I decided to send the screen in while the RDAC is going to make the trip to Cape Town. On Monday afternoon the courier picked up my package. I received a mail on Wednesday morning stating my package already left on Tuesday afternoon.
Sure enough by Wednesday afternoon my package was on my desk. By Thursday back in my plane. Done and dusted. Working like a charm again.

Reminding Rainier that my Odysseys are one of the very first ones and are close to 3 years old now, he simply remarked “So!” I have not had one single problem with my duel Odyssey system in over 300 hours and found the back-up service remarkable even after all this time from MGL.
