It is a 21st Century re-invention of a facebrick with a huge nose to act as the crumple zone.

Oh..., don't miss that after-muffler on the facebricks' exhaust ! Guess it makes it crash less loudly ($$)

Looks as if it is powered by a blue top 582. Interesting prop!

Gee Alan..... I'm sitting a 1000 k's away from my skattie but John Young always asked me the same question - to be honest, it's the time from 22h00-02h00 that I function the best without interruptions of any sort! It's sort of my my multi-tasking time

I think the oke could'nt fit in the hangar and started cutting the wing shorter.

Realised he had a Mr Bean moment and told Phinias to "Just fix it so and get it in the hangar". :)

The prop has been designed for France. They have fairly strict noise control there, you will also find the Rotax 912 ULSFR which houses certain modifications to reduce noise...
