ZULU 1 - Paul - SUPERB SERVICE and bloke.

Yesterday, I happened to mention 'rather quietly' in some obscure place that the king post Strobe unit I bought about a year ago from Paul, I have never been able to use as the interference from unit above the V rabbit aerial of the radio made communication impossible. So ya, I'm not so chuffed.
What happens????
This morning first thing, PM from Paul,
---Sending you a new generation, problems sorted, replacement immediately.
NO CHARGE
So Excuse me for 'Trumpeting' this chap and his service.
Service like this is rare and deserves to be mentioned.

I agree 100% Grumpy. All the service i have recieved from Paul has been absolutely magnificent. I fly Air Magic.

I'll second that
Spoke to Paul on Friday morning. My goods arrived in Cape Town at 19h00 that evening. Paul phoned me and e-mailed me to make sure that I received the goods. Now that's service!!! Well done Paul. I wish all other service providers measured up to your standards.

This is the Impi that makes coms work!!

Paul was fantastic to me. I put my problem to him, and the first thing he suggested sending me a set of new top of the range booms, mikes and speakers, to up grade the headsets, as they were not the best. That same afternoon, the parcel was in the post and two days later in my box. I have done the one set, and great. I will do a good test as soon as I can get into the air, but I know it will be fine.
Now that is service.

Awesome guy Paul is.
Hell but can the man talk, when I'm tired of my wife's talking I visit Paul and when I get home, her talking seems to be a lot
more bearable for a week or three
