Hi guys,

Having just got my licence, I would like to do some extra training with the emphasis on short field landings. During my training, I had very few opportunities to fine tune this skill and would like to do some dual time with an instructor at Microland.

Who can I contact there?

Paul Kinsley at Springs does a 10 hour advanced flying coarse for new pilots.

I would advise any guy to do this

Ask Mervyn at Microland/Skyriders-he is a good instructor to help you with advanced training.

Thanks for the responses guys, I will def give the guys at Skyriders a call. I wanted to do this at Microland as to be honest, I think they have two of the shortest runways in my area so I cant think of a better place to do this kind of landing practice.

I trained on a 1200m runway so have been spoilt by not being really pressured. I really need to get stuck into these short bush strips and I'm sure the guys at Skyriders will give me the skills I need. (^^)
