Some more good news, CAA has just approved the SMS for RAASA, and this SMS is now available at no cost to all MISASA Microlight & LSA Training schools and Clubs.

However, please note that the SMS is only applicable to Part 62 exclusive ATO,s.

Should the ATO offer both Part 61 and Part 62 training then they would need to meet the higher requirement that CAA may expect of a Part 61 facility.

RAASA owns the copy right and is thus at liberty to make it available to all Part 61 ATO,s at no cost.

Please distribute this to all instructors and ATO,s to include in their MOP’s, should you wish to make changes to suit your particular operation, then Fanie at Part 141 can approve the changes.
