The annoyance is back

Seems I did an upgrade in October and lost a certain link to some stuff...
I just put the stuff back, do not mention what the stuff is in any post or ask- you need to use your mouse button to use the stuff to help some stuff and then we go along and get some other stuff in due course.
The stuff appears at the top part of pages, do not talk about it, you know what to do with it
