Misasa Communications?

Postby Morph » Tue Aug 10, 2010 11:11 am

As the newly appointed head speaker ($$) ($$) ($$) , I would like to open a general discussion about what you guys, members or not, would like to see being communicated from Misasa, i.e. what information.

How would you like these communications to take place, i.e. email, web, this forum, magazine etc.

How often do you want to be communicated with, daily, weekly, monthly etc.

Would you want us to create a blog to enable discussions or would this forum be sufficient for that purpose?

I have deliberately put this in the Hangar Talk forum to get maximum exposure

Please don't stop the magazine. How about a nice centerfold in the mag, it can even have a trike or any other flying machine as background vhpy

Congrats Greg

A feather in our cap for the club to have you on board there.

Don't stop the MAG!

What I find is perhaps missing on the website are issues of a more 'political' and strategic nature that will affect the way the powers that be treat (govern) us aviators in the future by bringing issues of proposed changes to legistation etc. to the forefront. These long term issues and threats are easier to tackle if all aviators are aware of them before they end up landing on our lap and that way MISSASA members can get you guys to lobby well in advance to protect us. This job has been handled quite well by the MISASA committee so it is not a criticism - getting the members even more involved can only be a good thing.
