Microlighters

I know that most of the guys on this forum is guys with big savings in the bank but some of us have to find us a cheap prodject to keep our selves busy with while other can afford to build airoplanes.........................so I got hold of the following and was wondering who will be able to asist me with more info on these little cars and what couler should I respray them
