Ok here is the plan.
Take off from Vanderbijlpark and Tedderfield 06h00 on 9th September for Upington with a quick stop at Kuruman. After Customs at Upington straight on to Keetmanshoop (14h00). Stay over at Bird’s nest Guest house in Keetmanshoop. Next morning 8th September (08h00) head on to Solitaire for gas and then to Swakop (13h00). Stay over in Hause Garnison. Next morning 9th September leave for Uis with the Swakopmund crowd and then to Omaruru on Friday the 10th. Sunday the 12th back to Solitaire, Keetmanshoop, Upington, Kuruman and then Vanderbijlpark. Plus minus 2000nm. We can extend the trip to include Fish River Canon and Sossusvlei.
Accommodation at Uis and Omaruru is not yet booked and will have conformation soon.
Any one is welcome to join. So far it is myself (JK-05), Massimo (Sky Jeep), Richard (JK-05) and maybe Pierre (Cheetah 912).

Have you not heard anything from Bert Booysen yet? A definet stop will have to be Giants play ground close to Keetmanshoop! My dad has a friend who has a lodge there and also flies!

Will send you a mail with details and I will include the entry form and Newsletter as I can't upload them onto Microlighters nor AvCom!

Yes there are a couple! Dawid is definitely camping! I would however recommend a B&B, far more convenient!
