Insurance - Who, Where?

In the process of purchasing an aircraft...
It's a homebuilt, currently undergoing it's proving flights. Once approved and registered, I'd like to do part of my LSA training on the aircraft.

I have NO idea what aircraft insurance entails, or who I need to speak to - any recommendations?!
Furthermore, is there anything I should be aware of in this regard?
