This weekends flying ?

Hello lads and lasses
Please clarify - are we allowed to fly this weekend or are we already under the world cup restrictions?? Interested to know.
Also There are some lads who want to fly into Henks wake at Panorama on Saturday and FAAP are hosting the annual Plane Vs Bike Races on Sunday which is always a lot f fun... soooo is this the last weekend we can fly without needing to fill in copius amounts of paperwork??
