There were posts on the forum about hangers being cleaned out & houses broken into, the old trend of our country.
I have a sms communicator available which enables you to switch just about anything on/off or do status monitoring
via your cellphone. It can be used as a stand alone unit (+power supply) or hooked up to existing alarms etc.
It can send status sms's to 2 different cellphone numbers on any network, programmed by the user.
Ideal to protect your aviation investment.

The communicator only is R 1795 Vat Incl. + P&P.
The user must supply a simcard from his "favourite" cellular company, prepaid will do as long as you feed it enough sms bundles to keep you updated. A low cost contract may be better to ensure you won't run out of sms's.
It needs 12v DC power + whatever heavy duty switching gear might be needed for pumps etc, and maybe an enclosure (not steel) as the unit needs to be in contact with the network.
The add-on's can be bought at most electrical shops.
