Looks to be the best value on the market and seems that they will interface with a Mode S transponder that accepts the Garmin protocol, thats ADS-B with extended squitter, awesome as it gives the ATC a helping hand. Only the new King Shaka I think has this capability. Also it does not advise using the GPS instrument approach. But has a MP3 player and so much more, its practically a EFIS as well which you can remove.

Nice toy and very reasonable.

Anybody got any contacts for the cheapest price around?

I have to be in New York for a meeting on Tuesday, so maybe I can even pick one up there. Is it possible to buy one in the US with SA maps?

Thanks!
Justin

Thanks! Seems it is only marginally cheaper to buy in the US (around R500). Probably not worth the hassels - especially if warranty issues arise...

Thanks
