Link between controlling bodies...... pse Help

Can anybody on the forum please shed some light on the 'link' between the various controlling bodies, ie. RAASA/CAA and Misasa/Auroclub
My reasons for the said question:
1) I renewed my RPL in October of 2009 with RAASA and have since then not recieved any NOTAM's from CAA. I get the feeling that according to CAA records my licence has expired. Should RAASA not have informed CAA that my licence has been renewed and thus they should continue sending the said documentation ?
2) I have paid my annual subscription for both Misasa and Aeroclub (R500) at Misasa in early January and received confirmation that payment has been received. I however to date have not received my new membership card. I do not know who issues the Aeroclub/Misasa membership card but it seems like this 'link' is also not functioning as it should.
Do you have the same/similar problems?? If not do you know who I can contact to resolve the issue/s.
Regards

CAA no longer send out Notams. You need to register under FileToFly on
http://www.atns.co.za
RAASA handle all the National Pilot's licensing and all renewals of Authority to fly.
CAA own the initial registration of aircraft, build numbers, proving flight authority and first issue of Authority to Fly
As far as Misasa is concerned there appears to be a bit of a confusion between Aeroclub and the new Misasa committee and a lot of guys including myself have paid the money but had nothing back yet. I did confirm my membership via telephone call though

Aeroclub is the controlling body of recreational aviation and has many different sub - sections such as MISASA, Hang gliding, Virtual Aviation, Ballooning, etc. You have to primarily belong to Aeroclub and then to the section applicable to your activity. Aeroclub issues the membership cards and have sent out a whole lot, I've seen them in the Aeroclub offices. If your concern is renewing your ATF, proof of payment to either MISASA or Aeroclub will suffice. I, as the treasurer of MISASA send a weekly report to Aeroclub stipulating who has paid MISASA. They then send out cards according to that list and to those who have paid Aeroclub.

To renew your ATF you need a Misasa/Aeroclub membership number. Cool
So I go onto the website, very confusing,
Find the form, fill it in and fax, Fax error
email the offices, email returned
Find Membership fees, it says R220 ans R205 Total R425. .WRONG Outdated
Phone 0861 number, no reply a few times
Got through this morning, Told, lines down or some excuse
Given different fee and different fax number.
So who must I pay, Misasa/Aeroclub ?? Bank Acc number
NB Form says.......... Membership number needed for reference when making payment.
But I have no membership number, If I pay will you know it's me? Yes !!
So now let's see.
WHAT A CIRCUS
Very Grumpy.

We are trying to use this system because there are a few reasons why it is preferred for you to use the Webo system.
· Previously “there was no system” other than paying Aeroclub
· MISASA keeps all their fees
· Allows traceability for MISASA
· You get an invoice
Most people are still paying Aeroclub, however we wish to move away from this system. Next year you will be able to pay directly from the website via a pay system.
