Microlighters

Hi All

So I want to import a secondhand aircraft(Gyro) into SA. Who do I need to talk to, what paperwork, costs, taxes and pitfalls do I need to be aware of?
Instead of re inventing the wheel is there someone who I should definately be talking to?

What type is it? (if there is one already flying (legally) in SA the process is simple... If not maybe not so simple...
