I heard the recording on Louis cell fone. Sounds good Len!
I was there when Louis got the SMS asking for an interview... the first thing he said was: I'm going to have to get Len to do it!
When we asked why he said: 'They won't understand my accent!'

(For those of you that don't know Louis - he has a strong afrikaans accent!)
Great interview Len! Hopefully it will inspire people to fly!!

There are two things delaying the shipment of my M24 at the moment Thinus. a) Magni are waiting for SA CAA to finalise their requirements w.r.t. BCAR-T regulations and would rather ensure the machine is compliant in the factory before sending it (which I agree with of course). Secondly, Louis has ordered a NEW M16 for the school also and it will be more cost effective if both are shipped together therefore I have to wait until his is ready in any event. Gonna be fantastic to have 2 new machines to get trained on in the fairest Cape!
My patience is being tested to the extreme although I sleep extremely well... after 5 lessons and a demo flight in one day (e.g. when the wind is blowing at 30 - 60 mph you sleep well, trust me.
Fly safe

I used to be ambidextrous too, but now I am all-right.
By the way... Standing at FASH with a student from the UK and watching ZU-DUO come in with Paul at the controls and perform a GREASER of a landing, professionally handling the machine and the rotor and smartly taxiing off made me VERY proud. I wonder if that absolute pleasure in participating in anothers' sense of achievement can be beaten.
If anyone was watching they would have noticed me stand up straight and push my chest out for sure!
Mooi so Paul!
