Countless times i have contacted him for advise and countless times he has always helped me out. When there is some equipment im looking for he normally has it, and if not he will go out of his way and find it. And then it arrives at my offices almost overnight, all the way from East London
He returns all my calls, and always has time to talk. None of our local agents provide anywhere near to this kind of service that John does. And i dont even own one of his planes. I can just imagine how he treats his own customers. I guess this is why he has built such a great little business and will continue to do so in future. I see many Savannahs filling the skies of SA if it continues like this. I think alot of other businesess could learn from the way John does things.
