Hi All,

Im looking for the gps co-ords of the strip in the brandberg mountains where Mike and James flew to in their dvd no need for parking. And if anyone has any persons contact details up there who i can phone regarding runway condition etc. Or if someone has Mikes or James cell numbers that would also help.

Hi Massimo,
The strip is actually not a strip at all! It was made by flying 2 guys up with lawn mowers a week before the expedition!

James and Mike arranged it all. To land there, you will need to get 2 men with lawn mowers up there!!

Get hold of Jay Hyde for more info. I believe he arranged it for them.

You are correct Ross and also groot k@k if you land there. Its a defenative no no. Guess ill have to find another place to fly to.

Hallo Massimo,

Jay & his crowd prepared the strip at the 'Blaauw Berg', near Polekwane (Pietersburg) - Limpopo province.
The moutain is close to Dendron & Vivo.

23° 4'5.34"S
28°59'0.62"E
