Lifelong dream came true

Postby Chris » Thu Aug 13, 2009 8:43 am

Hi There people

I finaly did it, I have just booked my first lesson this upcomming saterday the 15'th!!! I can wait!!!! vhpy vhpy vhpy vhpy vhpy vhpy vhpy

Big D I am goona try my best !!!

After promising Chris a flip in February I finally took him up this morning (I am a man of my word, even if it sometimes takes long ) - I showed young Chris the joys of "flying around the patch", and we had a great 1h30min

Must say I have taken a few pax for flips in my time but never before seen such a passionate youngster with such a natural instinct and passion for flying - We climbed to a safe altitude, I handled throttle and gave Chris control of the instructor handles to get a feel - This guy takes to trike flying like a duck to water - I could hardly believe it - No prior experience flying a trike and he flew like a champ whilst reminding me every 30 seconds just how AWESOME THIS IS!!!! I know Chris, I know

What is the hours record for going solo? Best I have heard of was 11 hours, reckon Chris will beat this once he starts his MPL

Good luck buddy - You will be doing the future of microlight aviation an injustice by not becoming a pilot - We need guys like you

D

Thanks Big D , it's been a while !!! Hope to see you soon!!

Chris
