Yes, Joachim Huyssens. The development started off with the Exulans wing (scientific name for Gull). It comes down to the unique concept where you create a "swept back" wing platform of the outer leading edge. I remember the test flight of the concept in early 1990's. Unfortunately not succesfull due to VNE and overstressing after balloon drop.
The concept is very sensible. On a trike, or delta wing, your outer leading edges and that part of the wing does relatively little to create lift. The tips play more a role on take-off and landing. By being able to sweep the tips back in flight, they become more productive with less drag.
I will attend. Definitely !

RV4ker, no, it is in proto-type stage.
Google "exulans". Info very scarse (secretive). Tells me they are onto something. Lots of patent rights taken and pending I believe. Mind you, this development started 20 years ago at the University Pta as part of a masters for Joachim.

I also remember the balloon drop and the subsequent parachute landing

Have some photos somewhere. I also have a video of the flight and some other material.
Will make a plan to attend....
