Dunno if it is just me, but some aircraft seem to be repeating themselves like a bad meal from Greasy's burger hut. Some even advertised twice by two different people

It's Eagle that is regurgitating everybody else's unsold airplanes as an offer/effort to sell it for them. Owner can do the same job by just saying bump on his already placed add

Yup sadly the toys are the first things to go and people don't have big cash lying around to buy. Banks don't lend out money easily either anymore.

Just the that I imagine a bump post costs a whole lot less. I am just wondering how much the aircraft dealer is making out of the sellers - hope he has contributed something to the running costs of this site.
In a small 'closed' market like we have, just wondering what effect having original seller and dealer advertising on same site has. It gives the perception that the supply is almost double what it really is. Supply has an influence on pricing - so just wondering if it is beneficial to the seller at end of the day.

Is it just me, or does anybody else feel that Eagle is abusing the for sale section? He seems to be making commercial use of the forum, with aircraft and computers etc.
He should at least pay a SUBSTANTIAL amount towards funding, if this is the case.

Hi Larry
I must agree, If I wanted to buy or sell through a dealer I would have contacted him in the first place, but I feel it is unethical to poach prospective buyers and sellers on a "for free" website for commercial purpose, If he pays a fee for his ads then he is more than welcome. On the other hand I am not a moderator and therefore it is none of my business if they do not have a problem with it.
Only my 2c worth.

There seems to be a lot of 'dead wood' in the classifieds etc. I see on quite a few posts, no replies are posted by sellers to questions posed. Is it not time to clear it out?
Im not talking about things not sold, just stuff that has been sold, withdrawn etc
How about it?

Hi Mods
Seems there is a general feeling about this - from Pm's as well.
Maybe its time Eagle had his own website, and he can post a link here somewhere?
Any thoughts from those that Rule?

Five people feel Eagle is out of line (how many forum members are there again?) and now it is a "general" feeling? If he wants to smous then let him. Live and let live.

Eagle does provide an efficient service, and seems to answer questions and be available with info and pics when needed. So if it was your plane he manages to sell, you would be very happy. So I have no problem. I do agree that it should not be a duplicate of an ad already posted though. After all his assistance and knowledge of aircraft sales does promote our sport/hobby.
