Seen it before and It's al load of crap. Ill concieved and obviously not read through or thought through. There are a couple of stonkers in there. Driver not licensed - 4 points - The oke doesn't have a license - what are you going to deduct it off?.
Then it's cheaper on points to operate an unroadworthy vehicle and break the law than it is to do it in a roadworthy vehicle. What a joke.. BTW who is going to enforce this debacle - they not even doing the basics at the moment. Again - 1st world system for law abiding citizens trying to be implemented in a third world country full of criminals..
