Microlighters

Having relocated to Aus in Jan, I had to be back in SA for few months to finish project at work. So I decided I would do PPL.
Well, after many long hours of learning and flying (and crap weather) I eventually passed on Wed last week. Thanks to an ever patient instructor named Corne and with help from Piet at Aviators Paradise.

Now I am off to Aus on Sat for good. Anyone ever on the Gold Coast, pop in and visit and come for a flip.

Well done mate. it was great speaking to you this morning I might just see you at JHB INT on Saturday when i pick up my daughter. If i dont, well then have a great flight back and i will see you soon. I will keep in touch.

Thanks Sias. I do remember the solo nav...and my "unscheduled" stop at Rhino.
I have arrived safey in Australia and very happy to see my family. Hopefully I can settle for a while before travelling again.
