I have been over the field a few times in the last few months and the place looks like a ghost town. Granted, the runways are maintained.
I see no changes that would attract new members.
Also, why do they have their own frequency? Should they not be on SRE like other fields in the area?
The hanger and maintainance fees, are ..... well .... marginally lower than average.

What's new?
Is there electricity?

I don't want to sound negative, so, please explain what I'm missing. Sell it to me.

There is life at Klipriver ....
Harry the tractor has arrived a 1950 Furgeson, quite fitting because it was designed and built by Harry Furgeson the first man to build and fly an aircraft in Brittain in 1909, has a brand new grass cutter. The 2nd hand stuff was a lot of cash for junk .. so I ended up buying a new one
Harry needed some TLC , bad gearbox oil and a bad oil seal ... wrong oil seal was supplied to me ## DAK was not happy on Saturday .... now where's that spares dude ! 8 gallons of new oil and new seal later ... (**)
Only got Harry and the new cutter going yesterday afternoon .... cut runway 07 and some hangar work ...
Myself and Freddy are now qualified tractor transporters and mechanics ...
Harry has a clutch and gearbox with attitude  a mechanic is required to drive it ...

No truth to the rumor that BZH and Harry are buddies because they are both red ...
Give us a week or two more then the field will be in great shape ...
