Just spoke to Sgt Pienaar at Flight Authorisations and he has confirmed that all restrictions will end today at 2200Z. FAC's will still be required for Umtata flights. Yippeeee, let's go fly tomorrow!!

Alan Stewart on Avcom has reported:

"Just spoke to SAAF , no authorization required in the JHB area, as per notam all ends tonight , see you in the air in the morning"

I'll be in the air at 6am!! (^^)

All talk and no fly. I am at the Petit field and there is no one in the circiut..........

Was the same at Klip, Baragwanath and Circus. Only myself and Niel in the air and one or two from Panarama.

Had a head wind of 40miles/h on route to Bara  Nice flight all and all. puff

Had a nice flight to Elands Quad camp. Took off just after 06:00. Nobody in the air. First caller came on about half way to Elands, an aircraft taking off from Nylstroon en route to Polokwane.

I had such a beautiful flight, bit of a headwind coming back.

Where is everyone? :?: :?: :?: ##
