And in the UK, well we have just had my niece and her boyfriend arrive today, white chap (solid fellow) studied at college and all the good things, rugby player and so on. He has studied for a position as a fireman, passed all exams perfect.

No position available in the west midlands, hes been advised as a white male the quotas are not met. So the UK is the same as the rest of the world mate.

I left the place because of Arthur Scargill, Red Robbo and their commie cronies now the reasons are different. Fortunately after I left Maggie fixed them all up..

Paul, you have a point and to tell the truth I would stay if it wasn't for my kids. Not too long ago my friend got stabbed, held down to bleed to death....in front of his girl and 2 year old daughter . If this has has to happen to one of my family I don't know what Ill do. I realize there is crime in every single country in the world, just the odds are better. I love this country and that is that, but I have to go.

I too emigrated from SA to the UK in 85 and was back sans wife or kids 2 years later. It was difficult to fit in, to get accepted and I got real tired of working 12-14 hours a day just to survive. Then throw in that you WILL have 300 days of rain/drizzle/hanging dark cloud per year and I can now see why I left. My wife divorced me basically because she was also working (Night duty)and we never realy got to see each other properly so no family life.

I then did 2 years in Germany 1990 to 1992 and was glad to leave and come back to SA.

I have been in Dubai for close on 3 years now and will be VERY glad to leave here and yes you guessed it I will go back to SA.

Have also lived in Taiwan for 9 months. No dont ask.

Also spend 8 months in Portugal yeeees nice initially but in my opinion SA with all its crap is still my country of birth and I will always go back.

As you can see I have tried it 3 times and could not fit in.

Moral of this story YOU have to fit in wherever you go THEY will not change to suit your perspective/expectations. That was/is my mistake.

Every country has Pros and Cons, the trick is to make the best of it.

Easy for me to say because I dont have children or a wife to look after any more.

What ever you do I wish you well and hope it works for you and for your family.

Guys, my honest opinion is that as the minority, we whites canoot now or will never be able to change anything. The Blacks cannot run a country, you only have to lokk at every other country in Africa.
So the only option is to go......but the decision is not easy and will cost you financially and emotionally. Each family needs to be prepared for this and decide if threat of violence, etc is worth the effort of the move. Just be aware that things could get worse and then it may be impossible to move due to economics (Rand worth 0) or age, etc.
We are hedging our bets and moving now.
