Hi Dark Helmet. Price estimate with shipping, vat, full house instruments, prop and trike covers, inflight trim, hydraulic rear disc brakes, Rotax 912S, etc etc, will be about R280 000.00

Actually cheaper than any locally built Trike of the same spec.

You actually passed directly over me on the R28. ## ##

Got about 20 min after Batman ignored us and flew off with the Keys  B&%*#@D

Finally got some time in a back seat but was in the Air  That is all that matters

Saturday morning the Griff jumped into the backseat and we flew up to Wintervogel. Overhead the field WV ground called and asked us to land so he could have a look at the plane. Out comes the owner/Farmer with his Ostrich Skin covered guest book for signatures. Made us feel very welcome. CLU-less hearing us on the radio decided to divert from Goedverwagcht and joined us there. Met GertCoetzee and Trygve and had a bit of a chat.

Eventually we decided to head back as the heat was soaring and the thermals started bubbling. Nice 40minutes :D

Sunday morning the wife asked to go for a little flight along the beach. Perfectly smooth along the coast and a pleasant 35minutes. :D

Played tailgunner in ZU-AUY from Tedderfield to Klip on Flyday, then hopped in ZU-AXC and had a buzz around the patch, did some low flying and glide approaches.

Saturday to Klip to meet the crew for the flight to Rhino Park - weather was "poef" and we opted to stay close to home base, was a fun morning anyway... Then gave Ace and William a hand with some maintenance and then off to Cafe du Cirque for the regular Saturday morning brekkie...

They have clowns about and seem to do regular kiddies parties, I dunno exactly if they entertain the kids if you just rock up there - but I think they would?

On sunday finally rigged CXR with the help of my instructor and then took her up for a few circuits to get used to the Aquilla II wing. After that on my own for a great 45 minutes along the cost at Jacobsbaai near Saldanha. There is nothing better than flying your own plane over a beautiful landscape and great flying weather. I have waited for over a year for this.
