Idiots on the other hand  .

Yesterday I had a twin engine fast plane give me a fright about 150ft above me and from 3 oclock. I called Cullinan dam he heard, BUT he thought Roodeplat was Cullinan dam so he didn't expect me where I was. Is he an idiot? No it happens. Even had me double checking on Google lastnight. Road rage is MUCH MUCH worse. Flying has no room for rage - become a bird and crap on a car, don't crap on other birds!

Name the time and venue, and beers will be had. There are some on this forum who will vouch for me in that I never turn down a combat assignment, especially where ale is concerned.

Looking forward to it.

I think it's time for a 'Rince our Sins' campaign

Anyone, who in a derogatory manner, have ever bitched about blik, garden furniture, plastic, aerries, ever bitched about CAA, weather service, traffic control, radio procedure, training, headset, rates, fuel, is eligible for a re- aquantance indoctrination workshop.

Who've I left out?. Hell, someone connected to guvment might even get a 'consultant 'subsidy.

What say all?

YOU SEE, YOU SEE!!! Where is that young john now. Beer sorts everything out. Let's go have a few. Morph, when are you organising us a piss-up at the brewery with some flying tourists from north of the mountain, again?

Maybe Blik Pilots will be less agressive when the realise some of us fly trikes because we are a little larger than 5'2" so cannot fit into some of their cockpits.

And they have to land sometime

The bigger you are the harder you fall, but the smaller you are the further you fly.

That said I have only met friendly pilots, without reference to what they fly.

The only “entrance fee” to Microlighters – a passion for aviation.

Huge welcome Kevin – I am sure that you can add considerable value here on Microlighters. !!!!
Gadget wrote:Where is that Young John now? Beer sorts everything out.
Unfortunately Kevin, we have our share of “no-hopers” on Microlighters. -xX

Poor ol’ Gadget – a 8 pint stomach, a 3 pint bladder and a 2 pint pocket. ':-

If he annoys you, just give him another beer – puts him to sleep again and then you can carry on in peace.

Hey Gadgetman – I am a lot closer to Kevin for that free beer offer than you are.

he he he, that's what u think. ever heard of these blik aeri things. somebody mentioned them in the pub the other night, some of them are apparently called stuff like one time and kulula, the first one sounds like my sex life. Now apparently these things also fly in the same skies as we do and they go like real fast, muuch faster than we do after a weeks worth of smoking po... ahh sigarets. Now apparently it only takes about two hours in them to get there. So like i was thinking, this morphed person is struggling to organize another piss-up in the brewery so we can entice you down here, so maybe I should endanger my life and get into one of these tubes and hurtle at just under the speed of sound and come and have a few with you guys. wonder if I can take my wing along as hand baggage just in case...

Kevin's reputation precedes him.

You and da Morphman versus Kevin and myself.

Duel - a case of quarts per team. No pee breaks and no ^?^

We'll put da Gadget with his 3 pint bladder where he belongs [picture below] just like the last time ...
