It's the little round thing in the top center of the dash under the compass. It's a Microair m760. Fits into a hole like a small instrument

Yes, these radios are quite shitty   also must modify the intercom system a bit. :?

Well Boet's word is as good as a promise, in the rain he came and made some final adjustments to CMY on the brakes and wingroll. Unfortunately due to the rain he was unable to tesfly her. I got back home on Sunday and took her for a spin.

Just absolutely 100% perfect, straight and level - hands-off.

Dankie Boet, jou kennis van aeries gaan my verstand te bowe :P

GR8-dad

I have looked at the manual and it has a built-in intercom system. I suspect that it is not properly installed or the previous owner installed an additional intercom. I am more than happy to help you sort it out one weekend. In the meantime I have emailed you the installation manual. You will also see on the side of the radio are two pots one to adjust the mic gain (loudness of the mic) and the other to adjust the sidetone ( The volume of your own voice replayed in the earphones) I suspect it is a combination of these that could be causing you that problem.
