I am giving everyone a while to respond, not everyone is online every day!

I am thinking a Navy Cap with the logo on the front and forum name at the back, the badge with the logo and your name below it, or reg (remember these change)

Does anyone mind to concatenate the list of everyone? I am hectic at work.

Reply to the thread and keep editing your post with the totals..

Any takers for the admin?

If you want another name on your Badge or Cap, no name, or specific case for your name please repost and state you have ordered before that we do not duplicate.

Anyone with a source for stickers? I have a source for the badges, CFB Bantam can the source do the caps too?

Hi DH

Iv'e got the lady already looking at the badge - as discussed last Saturday at Aeroden (using the same one that did our Bantam Squadron Patch). I will phone her again to-day to find out what the costs would be to each member of Microlighters. It will be absolutely at cost with just postage added if we are to mail.

Already gave her the badge from the internet to get on her "state - of - the - art" machines

Thanks

I'll also manage the order. What numbers would we be looking at?

We could arrange a fly-in and have people collect - those close to Brits, Aeroden area. Obviously further afield will ge mailed.

What colour caps are we talking? I nor the lady making the badges can afford to pay out of our own pockets for say 100+ caps as well as the badges. People serious about this will have to be willing to pay upfront into an account with proof of payment emailed to me (This is a suggestion only. Anyone with a better idea welcome to comment)

DH

Ok, just spoke to the lady. She will get a prototype ready (Blue Baseball type Cap). What logo do you want up-front if the www.microlighters is fixed to the back above the velcro-adjustment strap?

Also everyone would have to give either their name and/or aerie registration.

The admin of this is pretty big, but we will handel it. All intrested parties just need to co-operate and as said before be prepared to pay upfront (cause we cant carry cost alone!)

We would like to put some markup on the merchandise, we still have a shortfall at the ISP.

DH... By all means, I think that is a great idea!

Just give the numbers and I am sure all will fall in! :)

OK DH

First there is the cost of the Cap
Second the labour and material to make the badge for the back and logo for the front - will is just say www.microlighters.co.za? and the logo (3 x aircraft) in front as per website logo?
Third cost to stich each guys name only or name and aircraft registration in the front and stitch back logo on

I think to make it straight froward may I suggest as above re. fornt and back logo's but that each guy / lady has his or her name on the front with aircraft registration, otherwise the admin and co-ordination is going to become a nightmare! One guy only wants name other name and reg. etc etc. ($$) ($$)

TOTAL COST then to you and then you add your mark-up - correct?

Let me got a cost together, have 1 x sample made, you come and look and then we take it from there? Capish? vhpy
