Instructor's back so I hope to fly as soon as the weather clears up somewhat. Still too windy here on the highveld.

:) :) :D :D :D

Finally some decent airtime. 1h10, myself and CLU-less, flew out over Goedverwagcht, did a touch and go, then on to Grootfontien, on finals and notice a whole army of guinea fowl  (well 2 or 3 maybe), aborted landing and went on to Fisantekraal. Met up with ianrw doing some training and had a nice cuppa coffee. Up again to Altona for a circuit and finally back to Morning Star. It was glorius. :D :D

Got in 2.6 hours on Saturday - see my posting under Flying away from the Cabbage Patch since it ties in with DarkHelmet's "escapade".

Had not flown for a few weeks so it was great to be back in the air :D

Did a 30 odd min flight with Krusty on friday pm, a bit kaka that the sun sets so fast, and that the wind was pumping. Then, sat, took my oldman in the R22, FAVG, Cato for breakfast, (hey Wart!), then PMB, howick falls, midmar dam, mooi rivier, and back through the midlands. Was abosolutely awesome. Then yesterday, saw 4 whales playing around just off Tinley manor - what a weekend.
