Good luck mate. Heard it is challenging in South America....
Spanish is quite easy to learn, the girlfriend loves Lima. Peruanos are very difficult to work with. The company i am with is particularly difficult. I would recomend South America (peru atleast).

I'm sitting in Kimberley.... waiting for my instructor to return from a charter flight in major anticipation for my flight test later this afternoon.... Did my medical on Thursday - got a clean bill of health - still as colour blind as always (red-green selective they say - therefore Mercurian & Martians look the same when standing next to each other  )

Been in the doldrums with all the intricacies of divorce - haven't done much flying - about to change!

Removed the Cheetahs engine yesterday and received a shock or two - some deteriated wiring found and incorrect bushes & bolts in the engine mountings! Who says own(er) maintenace should be stopped? It seems we pick up the slap dash mistakes that some of the authorised people make!

3 hours to go!

Bad Nav, I can relate!! Mine was "finalised" just over 1 year ago and I am still battling with visitation rights. Keep strong and remember to fly with a clear head.

Thanks Wart... ( and to all my friends on this forum that have supported me!)

Luckily no kids in my situtation... really don't want to know what it would have been like then! Would have then taken the "easy?" way out! Would have gone to the clouds where AVGAS is FREE! Date has been set for 21 August this year - I wonder what she and her very devious little shit of a lawyer will come up with this time?

Will hang in there though....

I am a seriously adventurous type of person...

I luv AVIATION, MOTORCYCLES (at one stage I had 5 - TL1000R, 2 different models ZX9's, CRF450 & a Bomb DS650), FAST CARS, I do the Argus, Construction du Cap 99er, the old Burger Sanlam etc (Orbea bicycles are not the cheapest around)

What happens.... I DID & DO them ALONE - all I wanted was my missus to enjoy it with me - sorry, no can do!
