Hi Dave reading your comment just the following .1 I only ask for everyone their oppinion 2.After been sweared at badly I went to his home and try to solve the issue .3 In his office I call CAA and spoke to Steve Odendal very diskreatly who told me on the speakerphone so that he could hear that in case of an accident your and his insurance would not have paid out ,This was the only reason why I talk to him on the radio and I was only conserned that he would put himself as well as your at risk in case af a accident .Most of the people in the flying world know me and I will not alter my safety standards and if it take to inform someone over the radio that he is putting his passenger insurance or live in jeopardy than I will do it again .In my more than 5000 flying hours in Microlight Gyrocopter Fixwing and Helicopter I have seen too many things and what ever you think I am sure that your insurance or policy would have given your family a hard time if they found out that your pilot was in the rear seat instead of the front seat .Hope I will see you soon

Repremanding a pilot on air in the air where his attention should be on flying is not in the interest of safety. It is increasing the workload and deviding his attention even worse he might get extremely agitated which does not help. That is why atc will contact you after landing and ask you to come and see them. I know

yes and no - check out viewtopic.php?t=3143 if the pilot listened to the advice he and crew would be alive - If someone pointed out something to me over the radio that was for my immediate safety (and I say immediate not something silly) I would hope that I hear them out and that they would do so.

I am not condemming or condonning any comments made by Learjet or Louis by the way.
