HD pvr or the older dual view pvr. You need a normal TV wire( not the 3 RCA cables) and a dvd writer which you can tune to a signal. If you try to do it through the RCA cables, it will give you a copy rite protection error .The only way is with the TV cable were you tune the writer to the signal(prog 1 or 2), and not trough the AV inputs.
The older dual view PVR work with this cable. don't know about the newer HD PVR. Just remember to put the little black box that run the remote control for the second tv between the writer and the wire. The PVR put power on that wire for the black box, and if you run it without it, it will damage the writer.

Baie dankie. Ek het die nuwe hd pvr. Ek kry ook nie 'n dvd writer te koop meer nie. Dit lyk of multichoice ons net 'n monochoice gee.

Ek sal gaan kyk wat kom uit die pvr uit.
