As one of my learned colleauges remarked: Ienglies is not my tail, but aai spieks iet sou verry deliesjouslie. Sometimes what we try to say in simply untranslatable, and then sometimes we probably think it has bugger all to do with someone that cannot speak the lingo anyway. OK, point taken, I am sure most of us understand and speak more English than Karel Bontbul, local farmer here from Kafferdam, who recons his knowledge of the Engish lingo starts and stops with: jes nou en fok jou. Will try and do better than that. Wonder what Wit Willempie` thoughts are about this?

Oxford Universal Dictionary: FORUM: "a place or meeting where a public discussion is held"
Seeing that the "public" in this instance are aviators, and aviation's international accepted language is English, the forum should thus be English. I would however not like to see the odd chirp and saying (which cannot be said in any other language but Afrikaans) disappear.
Now you English pilots out their translate this for me: "Die vliegtuig vlieg onderdeur die brug" or "Die kat loop onderdeur die tafel".
