Batman,

It was a real pleasure, thats what mates are for. It will be good to see you flying real aerries for a change. Even better, we wont have to put up with you taking over our airfield with your toys. There is always a catch somewhere when the Rietfontein gang is on your side

How far are you from going solo? and leaving the roost? :(

:D :D Hello Microwave - long time no see! It has taken a bit longer than I would have liked but we are getting there!

You right about the real aerries - I got quite good and quite tired of rebuilding 1:1.47 scale piper cubs and super decathlons - tail draggers were just never meant to fly! Well not with these hands on the controls anyway :!:

Cheers 4 now

Batman,

I just edited some of your quotes. You need to actually highlight the whole line and then click quote. Try it.

Thanks for the quick response.

I believe that actually flying tail draggers is very demanding due to the heavy rudder work. Its probably the same with flying scale models and you probably just have a lazy thumb???

See u soon :D

Congratualations C205! :D 8) (^^) (^^) (^^)

Here is the solo certificate I spoke about. If you like it, print it and stick it on the wall. Make sure you get your instructor to sign it.
This certifies that _________________________________ has, on this day, _____________________ taken to the skies alone, all by herself, assisted only by her microlight aircraft, the ________________________, registration _________________, and after carefully maneuvering her aircraft through the Troposphere, avoiding the edges of it, returned to terra – firma safely, with no injury to person, property or aircraft, and has thus successfully completed her first solo flight.

She has broken the surely bonds of earth, and in doing so, has earned the right to look down upon those who have not.
