You can keep my donation and I will pay for an hours flying with Ian once he is up and running.
It's been 11 years since my last flip in a trike.

Ditto for me. I need to keep my hours up while I get my plane fixed anyway.
Maybe next time I go fly with Ian, I'll remember the difference between East and West when reporting position on the radio

Hope you have a speedy recovery Ian (^^)

Marius, forget the microlight..let him keep it.

I will donate a Vee rabbit antenna (next years 5 year anniversary issue), raffle that instead, see how much you can raise...I feel for him and know how difficult it is. Will get it to Alex. See who else can donate some toys as well.

Cheers Paul

Hi all
Spoke to Ian today, he is still very immobile and cannot walk around, however he said that both the operations (his hand and his bekken) were a great success (^^) .
He says the only problem is that he has to stay lying down till about early Jan 2012 sometime (Thats gotta be mind bending). He is in great spirits and said "I'm recovering just to fly again". vhpy
Ian I know for one that I will miss you as my instructor when I move to the South Coast at the end of Dec 2011 :( . Thanks to all that have had a hand in helping this fellow microlighter get back on his feet "literally". May God bless you all. (^^)
