2 Can a bank of the previous owner bite you in the tail?

Only if they have a registered mortgage over the aircraft with the CAA. I think this is the only way the bank can encumber the asset. CAA do have the facility for you to be able to check if a mortgage exists on an aircraft.johnsa wrote:2 Can a bank of the previous owner bite you in the tail?
