Great news Bennie !!

Any idea around what time ? I will be flying early Saturday and Sunday morning and then plan on doing some work on a plane, would love to meet you and the guys when you get there :D

Maybe you should plan on a Rhino Burger ?

Looking forward to seeing you,
Fly safe,

We will try and be there around seven for refueling, picking up an Icarus and then drop my BB with Monty to go threw it for me. Might be picking it up a week or two later again. I don't know if we will be hanging around a long time but if Rino supply take aways we will definitely grab a burger. We wanna be back over the mountain before we start hitting turbulence. But if you are around we will be seeing you there.

Hope the wx will not be letting us down on Saturday though.

Hi Bennie

Will also be there, and would be nice meeting up with you guys.

Hope weather plays along.

Think it's a bit early for burgers, but I'll bring some ham and cheese sarmies, with coffee from Braam and André .

Let me know.

Wind blowing and you cant even see the mountain we have to cross. Doesn't look good but I'll keep you posted. Rather save than sorry.

At the field at 04.15 but could see it was overcast. Did pre flight and had coffee in the hangar.
05.15 low cloud and fog with a light drizzel didnt look good.
06.00 clouds over mountains so no chance, road report looked no good either.
07.00 still no good breakfast at the wimpy instead.
09.30 coulds over Newcastle lifted and gave it a try but got no futher than 20 miles out, clouds and fog covered the Volksrust mountains.
Hopefully we can give it an other try in the morning.
