CAA do not answer the phone

Postby Big-D » Mon Jan 28, 2008 3:34 pm

I have been trying to get through to CAA the whole day and nobody answers - THis is like trying to contact SARS

My query is related to licence renewal and medical - Anyone perhaps got a contact with a direct phone number? I have been trying 011-5451000 to no avail

I think this is right. No harm in trying though.

When dealing with someone allways try and get the direct line number for the future.

I speak to them on a daily basis and no real problem.

Just a note. 011 545 1000 is switchboard. If you try any 3 numbers rather than 000, ie 011 545 1234 or 011 454 1025 etc you should get through to someone, then just ask them to transfer you to the dept you looking for or ask them for direct line.

Caa website also have cell numbers for some of the head of dept etc..
