Postby Nkwazi » Fri Nov 09, 2007 7:44 pm

Anybody know of any hire and fly/ fly as pax in the St Lucia area. I'm here for a week and apart from not being able to fly for a week, this looks like quite a lekker place to fly??

I don't think you can hire and fly there, but you can probably get a flip from Monzi :

This is my turf..

Although its easier to fly..

When entering St Lucia by road, after mTubatuba, and past the Military depot, take the Monzi turn off. travel to just past the club (15 metres) and turn right (back on to yourself) small grass/dirt road. This takes you to the Monzi strip. Excellent bunch of chaps. A tri pacer, Aerocoupe, Piper Cub, Bonanza and Ayres Thrush live there. They are so friendly they will most probably give you a flip...

Whilst at it in the evening hit Fishy Petes for the best Seafood platter in KZN.

enjoy

Hi, there are about 8 micrlolight pilots in the Richards bay Empangeni
area. But as for hangar space, maybe 1 trike could squeeze in...
